Happy Back Therapeutic Yoga Series

If you suffer from occasional low back pain, this therapeutic yoga class is for you! Studies of
hatha yoga and back pain show that gentle core strengthening and spinal flexibility exercises
can significantly reduce the reoccurrence of back pain. In this class, we will work on
strengthening the musculature that supports the spine as well as releasing hips, hamstrings,
and shoulders. This class includes an educational component so you will get to know your body
better and learn how you can help yourself continue to feel good in it. Motion is lotion for your
spine, keep it feeling great with this gentle movement class. No previous yoga experience is
required.
